Stephen Brook: Very deep red. Neutral nose, lacks lift. Soft and flat, rounded, tannic, reasonably concentrated but it’s drab and heavy-handed, with no drive or freshness. Has reasonable length, but the finish is chewy and tough. Not much pleasure here. 12.5
Michael Schuster: Dark red; lightly fruity, but relatively neutral nose; lightweight, relatively fresh, pleasant, but overall a bit bland, and with a tannin that is perhaps a bit overpresent for the level of fruit. Medium length—quite nice, but not special. Drink whilst fresh. 14
