Stephen Brook: Very deep red. Muted nose, with a light porty tone. Medium-bodied, light, a bit dilute, quite sleek, reasonably fresh and spicy. A modest wine with no excessive extraction; well made with a dash of acidity on finish. Offers some immediate pleasures and not for cellaring. Medium length. 15
Michael Schuster: Dark red; light, undeveloped nose; pleasant, dry edged, lightweight wine; attractive, fresh ripe fruit, delicate, quite scented, nicely sustained across the palate, and with good, fragrant length; not big, but stylish and refined, attractively textured, and a very nicely made and conceived St-Emilion. 15+
