BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Mid gold; lightly honeyed, lightly Semillon waxy, overall closed and subtle to smell; rich, medium-weight Climens with a fresh defining acidity; very sweet, elegant, gently racy wine, complex and refined, long and subtle and finely mineral backed in flavor, without being large scale or concentrated, and with fine, gently aromatic length. All very restrained but complete, if on a lesser scale than usual. Now to 2027. 92
