Michael Schuster: Lovely ripe fruit center to smell; well-balanced, finely tannic, fresh, nicely concentrated wine, with a vivid, juicy-sweet core of limestone-infused fruit; elegant, harmonious, finely dry textured, long and even, and subtle to taste; long in fruit and perfume to finish; finesse of texture and fruit. not a big wine but absolutely complete. a really lovely Clos Fourtet, and a great follow- on to its splendid 2010. 2020–30+. 17
