Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Limpid color; soft, delicate palate, straightforward and smooth, long and impressive, not heavy, with easy tannins. 18

Michael Schuster: dense and ripe to smell: both fruit and mineral impressions; real richness here in the restrained, middleweight proportions; finely, firmly, delicately tannic, a moderate depth of fruit, but a tenaciously fragrant presence in the mouth of a lovely, pure, delicate strawberry and raspberry ripe fruit. Burgundian in transparency; long, close- grained, racy, and succulent; full of a marked but subtle sapidity backed by an intense minerality and splendid length. throughout, one senses the mark of really delicate fingers on this particular keyboard. wonderful wine: a most particular and refined style of Pomerol. 2022–40. 18
