Michael Schuster: Cassis ripe to smell; a crisply appetizing, ripely fruited, flowing claret, with the marked freshness of scent from a high proportion of Cabernet Franc. Lovely, lesser second wine, likely to be a most attractive early drink. The 1997 was, and this is better by some way. 15
