Michael Schuster: Sweet, ripe fruit and gravel to smell; very nicely balanced, supple, fleshy, flowing, fruity wine; deliciously juicy, with a gently spicy Cabernet Franc perfume and lovely, fresh, scented aftertaste. A light, easy, classic lesser St-Emilion delight, made by the co-owner of Château Angélus, Hélène Grenié de Boüard. To drink with pleasure relatively soon. 2010–20. 15/15.5+
