Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Fermentation in small barrels leaves its unmistakable signature on this wine, which is produced in tiny quantities only. The aromas characteristic of this vintage are still masked by oak, but the tactile sensations are magnificent, with tannins that are rather more cushiony and better integrated than in the Le Gay. Smooth and intense. 17.5
