Michael Edwards: this bottling, by comparison with the Chevalier la Cabotte, seems better attuned to the 2010 conditions: admirable freshness, elegant acidity, and a fine echo of the great terroir are all here. the wine, however, tastes surprisingly open for Chevalier. though still excellent, it’s not perhaps quite up to the level of the 2009, which has more complexities to reveal over the next decade. 17+
