Stephen Brook: Very ripe lime-and-apricot nose, with considerable aromatic power. Rich and full-bodied, with weight and concentration and an appealing stoniness on the mid-palate. In style, it’s quite restrained, with no overripeness or flab. But it does lack excitement and is slightly humdrum, with a less-than-convincing finish. 15

Simon Larkin: A far deeper hue than most. Richer on the nose, too, with notable residual sugar and a buttery intensity on the palate. There is a broad swathe of fruit, but it seems a little flat, suggesting it is aging or will age fast. This lacks tautness and structure; a loose-knit, potentially overripe Riesling. 12

Andreas Larsson: Much more developed than many on the nose. An oily and viscous structure, with hints of ripe peach and lemon, but good freshness and a rather long finish. Nice to enjoy now, but without the depth or complexity to go on. 13
