BUY THE WINE

Stephen Brook: Citrussy nose, with a light underlying earthiness. Medium-bodied, with lively acidity to balance a touch of sweetness, this seems a touch feeble on the mid-palate, and the acidity doesn’t muscle through on to the finish. There’s a certain prettiness to the wine, but it’s half-hearted. 14

Simon Larkin: Very sherbetty, with scented peach, too. There is a fine, pristine quality to this wine, with a shrill note of citrus acidity. The fruit shows that very appealing apricot character. Long, mineral, and tightly wound, this still needs time. There is plenty of lively acidity on show; quite appley, too. Juicy, succulent, and mouthwatering. 15.5

Andreas Larsson: A bit one-dimensional on the nose, with hints of green apple. A fresh and light palate, with quite a marked bitterness. Short finish; rather flat. 8
