Michael Schuster: Dark, narrow rimmed mahogany red, some maturity of colour; very nice early bouquet of freshly sweet, fragrant red fruit; relatively supple for the vintage, moderately concentrated, finely tannic middleweight; crisply ripe fruit, gently minerally, nice, lightly juicy character, quite complex, well sustained flavour and good, fruity, scented length. Good Canon La G., just about accessible, better in 2-3 years. 2013-30
