Michael Schuster: Dark, youthful, pale rimmed red; very fine, cassis sweet, oak tinged scent full of promise; nicely balanced, concentrated mediumweight wine, fresh in acidity, firm in tannin; a freshly defined, sweetly ripe core of mineral tinged fruit within a finely tannic frame; sweet flavour, pure, refined, subtle, warm and spicy – prolonged across the palate, and with a very long fruit-fragrant, subtly spicy finish. Burgundian purity and transparency, a classy beauty, impressive now, but which really needs time in bottle. 2015-30+
