BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Dark, youthful, pale rimmed red; faint herbal / grassy aromas behind a red fruit ripeness; moderately concentrated medium weight with a fresh acidity and fine dry tannin; a slightly austere mould, but a good, brisk, red fruit ripe Cabernet flavour of modest complexity, gentle pebbly aromas, and light, scented length - all within a still firmish tannin. Some unripe fruit in the blend? Leave for 3-4 years. 2014-20+
