BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Dark red, starting to brick at the rim; young, oak-cedar, vanilla-cream and cassis on the nose; very well balanced, freshly defined, fairly concentrated Margaux still with a fine, firm tannin; lovely flavour: long, cassis ripe, crisp, complex, with the elegance of fine Margaux, and the length in the mouth and aromatic complexity of its 2nd Growth status; typical slight austerity of style of the Cru, so needing 4-5 years still. 2014-24+
