BUY THE WINE

Michael Schuster: Dark, youthful purple red; dense, lightly new oaky, marked minerals on nose, relatively closed still; fairly concentrated middleweight, fresh in acidity, gently, finely tannic; a fine, vigorous Cabernet flavour, generous in fruit, nice complexity, long and aromatic across the palate, harmonious and even and with lovely length; firmer St Julien style, but an excellent Lagrange. Could drink already, better in a year or two. 2012-20+
