Tim Atkin: Mid-straw; some carbon dioxide. A little hint of development on the nose, but still youthful and attractive. Marked carbon dioxide on the palate adds freshness and some lift. Crisp, minerally, well made. Just lacks concentration. Medium length, good varietal character. Pear skin and musk 16

Jesús Barquín: Straw yellow, with green hues. Serious, dry, perfumed nose, with laurel-bay notes; well structured, long. A very good rendering of the Albariño grape 16

Simon Field: Attractive nose marries exotic fruit (pineapple) with almonds and white flowers. Very typical and therefore honest. The palate is slightly sweeter than expected, a little precocious, with a phenolic, rather bitter feel to the finish—but overall good 15.5
