Tim Atkin: Mid-straw; some carbon dioxide. A little hint of development on the nose, but still youthful and attractive. Marked carbon dioxide on the palate adds freshness and some lift. Jesús Barquín: Straw yellow, with green hues. Serious, dry, perfumed nose, with laurel-bay notes; well structured, long. A very good rendering of the Albariño grape 16

Simon Field: Attractive nose marries exotic fruit (pineapple) with almonds and white flowers. Very typical and therefore honest. The palate is slightly sweeter than expected, a little precocious, with a phenolic, rather bitter feel to the finish—but overall good 15.5
