Tim Atkin: Mid-straw/lemon. Nose showing some development, though carbon dioxide lifts it on the palate. Good fatness and weight on the palate, with some creamy, lees-derived notes. What it lacks in aroma it makes up for in weight and concentration. Richness and texture. Good grapefruity acidity 16

Jesús Barquín: Straw yellow, with green hues. Shows a little tired, perhaps due to inadequate storage conditions (perhaps cooked?). I find this bottle somewhat heavy and boring 12

Simon Field: Straw color, with hints of gold; a nose of boiled sweets, then a palate that is quite dense and textured, with nutty notes interwoven skillfully amid the orchard fruits. A muscular, quite persuasive example 16
