BUY THE WINE

Tim Atkin: Pale straw, hint of lemon. Rather subdued on the nose, with a hint of stone fruit but not a lot of intensity. Maybe it’s just closed at the moment. Slight phenolics on the palate, clumsily handled. This really should be fresher and more appealing 11

Jesús Barquín: Very pale yellow. A rather closed and inexpressive nose, marked by laurel-bay notes; slightly off-dry, but bitter at the same time. Still too young 14

Simon Field: Lustrous hue, quite spritzy, the palate quite heavy and a little clumsy, lacking freshness and joie de vivre 13
