Tim Atkin: Pale/mid-straw. Very aromatic, like standing on the shores of the Mediterranean. You can almost smell the sea breezes here. Rich, very spicy; great weight and texture and acidity. Peppery, with some celery and honeyed notes and a long, minerally, stony finish. Delicious freshness and lift 17.5

Nicolas Belfrage: 1 = color of water and 9 = deep gold: Col 2.5. Attractive vinous nose leading into nicely balanced palate, with firm but not excessive acidity and biscuity aromas of some attractiveness. A good drink, good food wine; not a showstopper but very valid 15

Alex Hunt: There’s a lot of definition and detail in this Vermentino’s nose. While the palate is lean, dry, light, and very much says “seafood,” the aromas have plenty of citrus/peach/herbal nuance. This is slightly a wine of two halves, but it is interesting and refreshing 15.5
