BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. Something a little different going on here: This wine is poised halfway between spring flowers and recreational play-clay. Modestly successful, aromatically speaking. On the palate, by contrast, the wine is rather heavy, rather sweet, rather plodding. Somewhere along the line, the spirit of Sauvignon has got away 10.5

Andreas Larsson: Good purity and a notion of minerality on the nose, stony with hints of ripe citrus, almond, and melon; nice pure fruit on the palate. Good freshness as well, though with a rather high level of residual sugar. Far from dry, it has a good length and is quite nice, apart from the sensation of sweetness 13

Stephan Reinhardt: Quite dense and deep on the nose, but also a little bit sweet (due to oak?). Quite sweet and yeasty on the palate, but also sharp in its acidity and rustic in the tannin structure; dies out a little bit. Today is definitely not the day for this wine, but will it ever come? 14
