Andrew Jefford: Pale steel gold. This is a little reductive in style; clears in the glass. Nothing much to squeal with pleasure over; just cleanly and tautly and quietly green. Vivid, fresh, lively, and attractive white wine on the palate; well crafted, juicy, and frank. 84
Andreas Larsson: Finely built, the nose starts out quite restrained in a cooler style, with lime, lemon, barely ripe stone-fruit, and fine toasted notes. The palate combines a fine ripeness with a distinct and crisp freshness; elegant oak in the background, very discreet, good extract, a fine toastiness, and a long mouthwatering finish. Layered, with a certain complexity and bonus points for its long-lasting finish. 89
Jancis Robinson: Mid-greenish straw. Reductive lanolin nose. Sweet start, well melded but almost too well mannered to make an impact. Really quite ripe fig aromas. I wouldn’t mind a bit more energy in the mix. Very competent but far from the most exciting. Still a little chewy on the end. Perhaps it will gain interest in bottle? Drink 2015–17. 88 +
