BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford: Dark black-red. Lively, meaty, warm, fresh, intriguing. Sweet, warm, and satisfying: there’s a lot here. Gosh, this is good! Very lush and rich, but huge depths and textures here, generous ripeness, a great sheet of fruit, some spice and citrus peel complexities: a lovely avant-garde canvas of flavor. I really wouldn’t keep this wine a moment longer than you have to, but as long as you have some, you will find much to enjoy here. Generous, open, and overt. 2018–22. 92
