BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford: Saturated deep black-red. A truly excellent aromatic profile in the St-Emilion context this year: warm, lifted, ample, ripe fruits. On the palate, this is soft, ample, lush, open, and gratifying, without a lot of freshness or finesse but more than making up for that with its sheer generosity and warmth. A gorgeous wine to get stuck into as soon as you possibly can. 2018–21. 91
