BUY THE WINE

Andrew Jefford: Deep red-black in color. Warm, sweet, and roasty ripe as usual, with generous oak: smiling and friendly. Ripe, rich, and warm, with exotic plum, milk chocolate, and generous spice. Is there going to be enough fresh fruit to support the smile long-term? I’m not sure, but I’d drink this ripe wine mid-term just in case. 2018–26. 90
