Andrew Jefford: Full gold. Warm, soft sweetness on both nose and palate, with a little intrinsic subtlety from both the soils and the cellar treatment, but none at all from the salvaged fruits. Marzipan finish. A good effort for the year nonetheless. These are wines that will make their appeal by price for the short term, and in this context this is generous and appealing. 2018–22. 89
Michael Schuster: Honeyed and oak vanilla on the nose; a quite rich middleweight wine, very sweet, long and complex to taste, long and aromatic to finish. Very attractive, fine Sauternes, delicious early on, and it will age gracefully in the medium term, too. 92
