Jesús Barquín: Very pale. Aromas of fresh vegetables and hay over a green background. The palate is even further removed from the rest of the wines in the tasting, very dry and austere, even stern, with a difficult greener finish. 80

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. A sweeter style of fruit than many of its peers: very sweet apple and pear topped with a little marzipan. A touch of oxidation here? Clean, fresh, vinous, but rather short and neutral on the palate, with must-like fruit notes. Nonetheless, still pleasant enough to drink. 77

Richard Mayson: Unusual, in context, for having a slightly honeyed character on the nose; otherwise rather flat and dull; flat and dull on the palate, fresher toward the finish, but slightly bitter, extractive—more apple core and pips! 71
