SF | Deep purple; a ripe aroma, a slightly "made" style, cassis and plum to the fore, expressive, a hint of red apple and blueberry behind. The tannins are elegant and nicely woven into the structure; aromatic integrity, a floral garland, and an elegant, refined, tannic backdrop. An extracted, plush, approachable and forthright style, deft of construction and impressive of length. 92
AR | A young primary ruby in color, this shows appealing fresh mulberry aromas and nicely juicy, accessible mulberry fruit, rounded out by sub-threshold oak and underpinned by a really refreshing snap of (relatively) cool-climate acidity and a well-judged touch of vanilla oak; medium- to full-bodied, with a fine, incisive blade of acidity, this is a really attractive red whose elegant, mineral appeal is deceptive in that it has the structure to age and improve nicely over the coming years. 93
DW | A slinky swirl of succulent blackberry and blackcurrant, there's an attractively wild element here, and a seam of mouthwatering acidity—the fruit feels fresh-off-the-bush in character, very vivid and bristling with grippy, ripe tannins. Something very distinctive and of its place about this—no sense of trying to be "Bordeaux". Lovely, dark-fruited finish. 93
