SF | Straw-gold color, gently diaphanous mousse. Nose betrays verbena, yellow fruit, and hints of white chocolate. Figs and crushed almond, too. Quite a lot going on… The palate is composed, complete, maybe just overreaching itself on the acidity vis-à -vis the structure as a whole, but very pleasing as an aperitif, and one of demonstrable quality. 91
EA | Bright lemon color. Ample, appley nose, distinctive, and coming with a dusty whiff alongside the floral fragrance. Bright and vibrant palate of good energy and freshness. Lacy and long but overall a little modest. 2023–30. 91
TH | A discrete, white-pepper nose of reductive control. Pineapple, apricot, and sweet pastry. Rather a broad, sweet-natured front end that transitions into a finish of some apricot-skin grip and drama—dynamic. 86
