Crunchy and bright on the palate,with all the drama of acidity that St Julien has delivered in this vintage. MS | Dense to smell, still a touch marked by its new oak, freshly ripe fruit, a touch of gravel, fine and appealing; very nicely balanced, fullish midweight, fresh and finely tannic; ripe blackcurrant Cabernet in flavour, a gentle succulence, attractively chewy in texture, with a nice length of flavour and a lovely, finely fruity, aromatic finish. Excellent, gently classy Gloria. Drink Dates: 2027 - 2040+. 91
