SF | Dense, obsidian at core; elegant graphite and plum, cassis thereunder and a hint of briary; satin texture, savoury undertow, and a graphite allure to the tannins which are regimented by firm acidity and framed by a strong finish. Just the faintest sapidity to challenge this positive prognosis. 90
MS | Immediately oaky to smell; light to medium full, fresh and with a quite marked oak-dry tannin at its level; crisply red fruit ripe in flavour, straightforward, modest length. Perhaps a bit wood dry for the good of its future? A ‘style’? You could drink this already, but mellower in a year or two. Drink Dates: 2024 - 2030+. 88
