BB | Ruby to pink. Touch closed, red cherries, crushed stones, dried roses, rosemary and thyme nose. Balanced, medium to full body, clean with super fine tannins and long, salty finish. Needs few years but showing a lot of promise.Drink Dates: 2028 - 2035. 94
AJ | Dark, clear, glowing. Warm, cedary and alluring: beautifully mellow, accessible and mature aromas already here. Not finely detailed, but very lovely. On the palate, too, this is shapely and long, with all of the generosity, resonance and innate balance of its year. Beautiful fruit drive propels the palate forward; the tannins are soft and discreet; the acids tender, ripe, ample, singing. Exemplary.Drink Dates: 2026 - 2033. 92
MP | This wine shows a gorgeous array of red and black fruit with red and black cherry, black plum, liquorice, cinnamon and tomato leaf. Not to be outdone, the palate leads with the integrated tannins and brisk acidity that mark out this DOCG. There is plenty to like here with ripe fruit, subtle oak notes and the structural hallmarks necessary to ensure a long life. In the context of Brunello this is another solid performer.Drink Dates: 2026 - 2031. 93
