EA | Lemon colour of fine depth. The sunkissed fruity nose comes with a vegetal edge. A touc of vanilla and apricot alongside ripe apple and dried herbs. Full and rich palate of sweet appleal despite the bone-dry finish. Little austere as a whole despite all the sweet aromatics.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2029. 89
SF | Soft lemon colour, then a nose of bitter almond and mandarin, a hint of bacon fat behind. The palate opens up nicely, with steely definition and plenty of green fruit charm, autolytic development behind and a firm strand of balancing acidity. The lack of sugar only serves to highlight the autolytic development and the quality of the fruit. Firm of definition and nicely composed on the finish. Impressive. 93
AR | Pale gold in colour, in the glass; this is quite evolved in aroma, with sweet, leesy, buttery, nutty, almost more Puligny-like characters; champagne with an oxidative note of evolution; the vinous texture reinforces the white Burgundy feel and as such it has attractively ripe, stone fruit chardonnay flavours thatmake it quite a gsatronomic champagne; underyling the ripe fruit flavours, the acidity brings excellent balamnce to this vinous blanc de blancs.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2030. 92
