EA | Mild nose of a youthful profile. Sweet orchard fruit and fruit drops alongside orange blossom. There are some impuriteis underneath deducting from its elegance. On the palate it is dry and light-weight with straight-forward fruitiness. The finish carries on long and shows attractive white pepper and lemon whiffs.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2028. 89
SF | Pale with just the slightest hint of silver; a watery rim. Straightfowrard nose of orchard fruits, verbena and white peach. The palate is deft of composition, with apples and peach to the fore, hints of gauva and gorse and not that much evidence of extrensive us of reserve wien. A floral aperitif-style, baletic, or at the very least light on its feet. Airy and crisp. 88
AR | Pale gold in colour, this is one of the few NV Bruts (as distinct froim Extra Brut) in the tasting; there's a pleasantly appley aroma initially, and similarly on tasting, there's a pleasantly bouncy mousse atop appley flavours and a linear streak of sweet and sour acidity that maintains a pleasant balanced freshess, even if there's a slight lack of depth.Drink Dates: 2024 - 2028. 88
