AJ | Very deep butterscotch gold in colour Lush, full and rounded, with a buttery, dripping-honey style. Mellow and unctuous, though without much focus. The palate delivers what the aromas suggest. There is lots to enjoy, both in terms of the buttered honey sweetness and the linden-leaf freshness (not evident on the aroma but there on the palate, but it is all very oozy and open on the palate at present so I can't imagine this is a good bet for long term keeping. Lots to enjoy in the short term, though.Drink Dates: 2026 - 2033.
