Simon Field: Tawny color, its distinctive green the envy of the flight. Superb nose, a multiplicity of savory notes. No let-up in the mouth, whistle clean yet hauntingly complex. Bual character throughout; sugar beautifully integrated. 17.5

Richard Mayson: Mid-deep amber. Fine, lifted, high-toned aromas with a hint of green tea; delicate leafy flavors with some figgy richness mid-palate yielding to a long fresh, sinewy finish. Gentle and fine. 18

Margaret Rand: Nose of smoky oranges and milk chocolate, very seductive. Palate lively and enlivening, fruity, smoky, off-dry, sourly pungent. Huge character. 17.5
