Alison Buchanan: Pale green–gold, this is very subdued on the nose, but there are attractive elements there, some vague floral notes, nuts and mineral tones – rather attractive. The palate is wonderfully controlled, poised and intense with a good mineral intensity and acidic lift. This is really well–balanced and set in a classical mould. 15

Alex Hunt: Diffusely flinty–sulphury nose. Quite firm, punchy palate; not much depth, but direct appeal. 14

Andrew Jefford: Pale green–gold. Pretty, sweet, leafy style: fresh and fragrant. Intense, dramatic acidity; more a kind of gothic beauty here. Intense and arresting; very pure and long. Good mineral grist to finish. Tapered and refined. 16
