Alison Buchanan: Pale gold in color, this appeared subdued after the previous blockbuster and is certainly more restrained and subtle. Refined, elegant, classical style, it combines ripe but herbaceous fruit with mineral complexity and vivacity – perhaps errs slightly on the green side. 15

Alex Hunt: Rich gooseberry and mineral nose. Long and fruity, though more acidity would not go amiss. Rather hot, wayward finish. 12.5

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. Disagreeably oniony reduction initially; the aromas settle later towards the heavier end of the floral spectrum. Quite sherbetty in style; fair intensity; but lacks depth and profundity. Brittle finish. 9.5
