Alison Buchanan: Yellow–gold in color, this has a very subdued nose. There is a vague suggestion of stewed fruit and a hint of freshness but otherwise this is very restrained. The palate is superripe and full with a lively attack and good flinty definition. Honeyed, with great balance, this is a lovely wine that may well make old bones. 16.5

Alex Hunt: Prettily aromatic, almost floral, as well as mineral and grassy. Good weight, but open and charming. Perhaps a touch too green, but good classic Pouilly. 14.5

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. Quite weighty; gentle. An attractive if discreet aromatic mélange that includes green fruits and white mushroom. Concentrated and long, with a mix of lime and celery. Pure and intense, and sitting excitingly on the very edge of ripeness. 15
