Neil Beckett: Pale lemon-gold. Balanced, clean, fresh, and harmonious on the nose. Medium-bodied, less austere than many a François Jobard wine at this stage, creamy and ripe, but still with sufficient telltale cut and subtle underlying minerality. Very impressive intensity for a village wine .
