Upright aroma, slight aniseed and lime zest, nutty. Pounces on the palate. This is vibrant and has sapid, salty punchiness. Attacks the finish, too, with a fennel bite. It has sufficient fruit richness and density behind to support this vigor. I like the tacky bitterness. 2023–28. | 87–88
