Ripe and scented, with violets and herbs. A gentle Fixin, no hint of rusticity; this has a delicious supple texture and an easy, almost languid harmony, but just nicely fresh. It is earthy, but also has aromatics of tarragon and lavender, which drift across the palate. A rather elegant Fixin. 2022–25. | 87–88
