BUY THE WINE

Michel Bettane: Elegant, floral nose, silky texture, but less elegant finish, bitter and slightly dry. 15

Thierry Desseauve: Dark color, oaky nose, black-fruit jam, powerful but the finish lacks freshness. 15

Michael Schuster: Faintly raisiny fruit to smell; and faintly raisiny to taste, too, with a very dry, astringent oak tannin for the available fruit. For me, this is tough and charmless. 13?
