Michel Bettane: Very elegant citrus Barsac aromas, but Caillou and Doisy-Daëne are even more pure and crystalline; opulent, noble-rot finish, classical Doisy. 17

Thierry Desseauve: Golden color, pear sherbet, delicate; not as long as Daëne, but fresh and brilliant. 17

Michael Schuster: Mid-gold; closed nose, but clearly dense and complex; a rich, nicely concentrated, supple and succulent wine; very sweet, gently racy, juicy Barsac, with a fresh defining acidity, a lovely fruit quality, a gentle minerality; nothing heavy about this, pure and very Barsac, and with excellent length. Delicious already. Now to 2030+. 16.5+
