Stephen Brook | Subdued, lightly citric nose. Crisp, lively, and moderately concentrated, but a relatively simple wine, with few nuances. It lacks some acidity and zest and, though perfectly enjoyable now, is unlikely to evolve much further. Medium length. | 14.5
Andrew Jefford | Pale gold. Another quietly aromatic wine: lime pith and lime juice. Fresh, light, airy. Search, and you might unearth a little bread dough beneath. Vinous and firm, with fresh lime and a little lime-pith oil. All very neat and orderly, restrained and pristine, light and graceful—which is fine as far as it goes, but wouldn’t we like it to go just a little further? I’m only asking. Lovely drink, anyway. | 15.5
Stephan Reinhardt | Pale green-yellow. Very clear and still young on the nose (more peas than peaches); does not show and needs some hours of aeration. Also, on the palate, the wine is far from ready to drink: It is still extremely firm, but its nature is well balanced. Good fruit and minerality. Very good potential. | 16
