Michael Edwards: Another fine Beauroy this year, in these, as in other, skilled hands. The core and clay-rich substance of the cru benefited from the heat in August, giving more expressive fruit than usual, but the mineral tones are still tightly wound. A keeper; needs another two years. Should go higher, but for now 16.5+
