Neil Beckett: From a respectable village lieu-dit, below Genevrières-Dessous and next to Charmes-Dessous, this has been bottled separately from the Meursault du Château only since 2011 but, again, certainly deserves the special treatment. Still relatively closed on the nose but well balanced on the palate, rich and round as one would expect from lower on the slope, but with good intensity and purity of fruit and a flourishing finish. 16.5
