BUY THE WINE

Neil Beckett: First produced in 2010, from relatively young vines in Ladoix, and yielding only two barrels of wine in this miserly vintage, this already sits well at the top of this range of whites. Lovely white-stone-fruit nose. Concentrated and dense but supremely silky and, again, with great transparency of flavor. A fine, gentle, silver thread of acidity throughout. 18
