Richard Mayson: Heady, ripe fruit on the nose, rich and buttery, melted butter, quite fat, with citrussy acidity toward the finish followed by cooked butter all over again. Well made but not my style. 13.5

Charles Metcalfe: Ripe, generous apricot fruit, with an overlay of creamy, vanilla oak. Fresh and well balanced, despite highish alcohol. Texture is lovely, creamy, and round, and the apricot fruit sails through the vanilla-oak flavor. 16

Joanna Simon: Opulent, ripe, smoky-toasty oak aromas on grassy, mineral, and peachy fruit. Full, rich palate, unctuous texture; well-integrated oak; soft, rich, dry, but fresh finish. 16.5
