Richard Mayson: Restrained lemon and lime fruit aromas, suggesting that there is more to give; similarly restrained on the palate: taut, minerally fruit, with lovely acidity extending right the way through to an expressive though slightly extractive finish. Charles Metcalfe: Honeyed, appealing, but not hugely aromatic. Lean acidity, a slightly piney quality, and not a lot of flesh on the bones. This may age very well, but at the moment it’s a bit gawky and acidic. But there is some length. Try tucking a few bottles away for 10 years! 14
